At Alfred Nobel High School in Hanoi, I had the incredible opportunity to organize an English contest for 100 students, opening doors to scholarships at Oxford College of Canada. Seeing their excitement and determination reminded me of the power of education to change lives.

Beyond competitions, I mentored four developers in the UNESCO Open Education for a Better World program, collaborating on 11+ projects that reached thousands of learners globally. It was inspiring to see innovative ideas come to life, shaping more accessible education.

One of my most impactful projects was bridging education between Canada and Vietnam. I played a key role in developing partnerships between six universities in Ontario and institutions in Vietnam, creating a hybrid learning model that allows students to pursue post-secondary education across both countries. This initiative not only enhanced global mobility but also provided students with a truly international academic experience.

Stepping into the world of education, I quickly learned that leadership is not just about making decisions—it’s about solving problems that truly matter. Whether it was guiding students through challenges, ensuring seamless coordination between departments, or supervising onboarding processes with precision, I took pride in creating smooth experiences for both students and staff.

Collaboration was at the heart of my work, working alongside administrators to bridge gaps and enhance student support. At the same time, I led strategic recruitment efforts, expanding program reach and boosting enrollment. Every challenge was an opportunity to innovate, ensuring that each student’s journey started with clarity and confidence.

Building strong teams has always been at the core of my work. From hiring and training new staff to organizing team-building activities, I focused on creating a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone could thrive.

Beyond team development, I played a key role in shaping policies that ensured a structured and inclusive space for both students and staff. My passion for education also led me to organize and attend major conferences, where I showcased innovative solutions and worked to enhance student experiences. Each challenge was an opportunity to strengthen connections and create meaningful impact.

Creating impactful content has always been more than just a task—it’s been a way to bridge gaps in education. I developed high-quality materials tailored to the needs of students and educators, ensuring meaningful learning experiences.

Beyond content, I worked closely with marketing and design teams to craft engaging resources that effectively promoted educational programs. Managing a growing community of 1,000 to 8,000 members, I fostered engagement, discussions, and support for students.

From hosting webinars to organizing workshops, I focused on bringing learning to life, connecting people, and creating spaces where education could thrive.

Improving education through innovation has been at the heart of my work. I advised on academic product development, enhancing LMS and exercises to boost English practice efficiency by 300% and increase student engagement by 62%.

Beyond product improvement, I strengthened B2B partnerships with major institutions like iSchool (7,000 students) and CBCentre (22 branches), expanding access to quality education. Leading proposals for Finland’s International Education Quality Standards certification, I helped drive credibility and global recognition.

Embracing AI-powered learning, I developed AI prompts to enhance interactive experiences, ensuring EdTech solutions were not just effective but truly transformative.

Bringing TESOL training to life, I organized over 20 offline workshops across Vietnam, creating hands-on learning experiences for educators and students. As a key opinion leader (KOL) for top EdTech brands like Elsa Speak, ClassIn, Easy Class, Babilala, and Flyer, I helped bridge technology with education, making learning more accessible and engaging.

Through strategic content marketing, I consistently attracted new learners, boosting course enrollments by five students per month. Every workshop, campaign, and collaboration contributed to expanding TESOL training reach and fostering deeper student engagement in language learning.
